are hand drawn images of beloved pets and people. Others are unique fantasy images
requested by individuals whose loved ones enjoy the mythical and mysterious. A
few images (3) are original grey scale photographs of loved ones or scenes from
nature.

About the Author
Rebecca is a lifelong artist with
formal training in graphic design, illustration, and art therapy. She holds
degrees in mechanical design and communications. Her paintings are collected
worldwide and she has done illustrations for numerous books and magazines.
While
working in the mechanical engineering field, Burg's interest in writing began
when she had to pen technical reports. She left the material driven world to
travel the seas by single handing a 31-foot cutter rigged sailing vessel. The
security, income, and rigid life of a career was traded for odd shore side
jobs, wild experiences, and freedom. Today the author is working on her next
book in between repairing marine engines, working at a ship chandler, and
sailing.
Rebecca enjoys inspiring others to try new things. She writes on her boat using a laptop powered by solar panels and batteries (so she can still work when the sun goes down). An enthusiastic little parrot helps out by stomping on her keyboard and chewing on her notes.

an author, Rebecca has published
