Network Marketing Mentor

“I Believe In You”
September, 2012, I found a book by Michael Dlouhy on my hard drive. I had downloaded it from a third party company about 2 years prior. What I read made so much sense to me. I downloaded the book from Michael Dlouhy's website. He immediately called me and I asked him to help me. Michael told me he would be my personal coach, trainer and mentor and that he would never bill me for his time!

I learned and did exactly what he taught me, step by step. In less than two years, I have built a team across the United States without walking out my front door. And I never asked or convinced anyone to join me.
I am having more success than ever before with more confidence than ever before.

I asked Michael, What's the catch?

He said, if I gave anyone his book and coached, trained and mentored them, I could never send them a bill.

Forget Me Knot by E.M. Frear

 New!
Historical Fiction
“…the far reaches of Australia would be his saving grace.”

In the tapestry of life the threads of fate twist and wind through the lives of those who wander the earth. Irony and humor, even sick humor, acts as mile markers to events and circumstance, that some feel, are hopeless or impossible. Making the impossible reality is how Helena Greenbelt chose to live and raise her children.

At the height of Richmond Virginia’s high society before war threatened the blossoming Wild West, the Greenbelt family enjoyed a degree of respect and stability. In a loveless marriage Lt. Colonel Horace Greenbelt was desperate to assert his hold on his family by ripping them from their roots, hauling them to Richmond California.

The wilds of the West were not sufficient to grant Horace what he wanted. Another move, he felt, would ensure his place as head of the house. Richmond in Van Diemen’s Land, later to become Tasmania, in the far reaches of Australia would be his saving grace.

Forget Me Knot” is the journey through the tapestry of life, tugging on threads with abandon along the way.

About the Author
As a photographer for many years I discovered a nifty trick to getting children to ease into the idea of the frenzy of holiday photo shoots. They love stories! When there was a particularly restless or shy child I would ask about a favorite toy or character from a movie then craft a little {Very Little} story to fit. More often than not the child would relax enough to get some pretty nice pictures.

I later discovered with my own children that walking through an interactive scenario would make long road trips pass smoothly and much faster than we were ready to admit. When I began to apply the same principles to game forums to pass time or “occupy the populace” many of the grumpy people found they were wrapped in the plot.

I enjoy showing a picture with words hoping the audience can see the same picture I do. I remember days sitting on the sofa getting lost in distant lands and meeting new and exotic people. In my waking dreams at night I would replay scenes in stories I had read making the book come alive in my imagination.

It is my desire and goal to take you on a fantastic voyage of mystery, intrigue, suspense and maybe a little humor. I would like to introduce you to some friends and warn you of some enemies. Mostly I would like to give you the gift of “Vacation” in a faraway land with exotic beauty and characters begging to know you.

The "Perfect" World by Monique Star

Science Fiction Epic Fantasy
Available in paperback and Kindle here!

by Monique Star

The world is a colorful, diverse place, but there is always someone who wants to suck the color away for their own comfort and personal benefits. Sorcerer Victor Bartholomew placed a spell on the world for everyone to act the same and there is no color in the world. Well, except for the four Princes of Onasola (Frederick, Dexter, Chris, and Jonathan) that went into hiding and an immune and determined anarchist named Melody who mainly focuses on the darkness the world has to offer. Join the five as they prove their strengths against their external and internal battles to venture through Antarctica and Onasola to restore the world to its development of diversity.

This is a story that shows the importance of being true to who you are no matter who judges and how separate the actions of the mind and the heart truly are. It is one of the many ways to show that anybody, no matter the background or interests or anything, can be able to reach their own happy endings.

About the Author
Monique Star (birth name Monique Blackwell) is someone who enjoys creativity (music, literature, YouTube videos, etc.) and is a huge supporter of diversity in race, beliefs, mental conditions, etc. She, herself, is an autism advocate and does her best to spread awareness and acceptance (such actions included a Girl Scout Gold Award she has done since high school).

To continue her passion in diversity and to show pride in bits of her marks, she has included references to some of her different cultures and songs she enjoyed during her life by far (some lyrics might be recognizable and some might not). She included bits of herself and references to her experiences with her Asperger's Syndrome in this story that would take some people a while to think about. Monique considers herself a resident of two worlds: the real world and her own mind and does her best to bring the two together without making others upset or herself feel ashamed.

Best Dark Humor/Post Apocalypse Novel

Life’s no picnic in a post-apocalyptic tomorrow, even for the elected monarch. Rebels and the common people might trouble him, but at least his own people are utterly trustworthy, right?

An excerpt…

Chapter 1
In a remote corner of Eastern Province, a young man begins an adventure he will soon regret.

She spilled the truth while hurrying out for yet another childbirth, which rubbed salt in his wound somehow. Though to be fair, Han should’ve had his suspicions.

“Could be a late one, dear. Don’t wait up.”

“Yes, mother.”

He returned to his book. She paused on the threshold.

“Han, darling. I probably should’ve mentioned this a while ago…”

“Mentioned what?”

“You’re eighteen now. Time you knew. I’m not really your mother.”

“What do you mean?”

“I should have brought it up before. I’ve been very busy.”

“You’re not my mother?”

GOING TO THE LAST: Stories of Horses and Racing by K.D. Knight

“Twenty-three original and engaging short stories
about horses and racing.”

Recommended reading!
Available in Kindle here!

by  K.D. Knight

My review…
Recently, I received a message from across the pond from K.D. Knight. A prolific writer, Knight presents “Going To The Last” a stunning collection of short stories about horses.

Knight takes you on a journey behind the scenes, into the worlds of jockeys, horse owners, those who place bets, horse-magic, horse racing, and much more! Every story has a slight twist, always with a horse at the focal point.

Characters are engaging and endearing; gamblers spout “sometimes we get the luck we deserve”; horse owners set out to make “every post a winning post”; horsemen repeat “it’s easier to stop a horse than to get it go faster”; while the man in the stands knows that “front runners fade”.  With a myriad of characters, each one promotes their own form of horse-drama.

I truly enjoyed reading Knight’s collection of horse stories and will keep as a favorite. Recommended reading for horse-lovers and those looking for a great read.

Big Fracking Mess by Lee Atterbury

“Keeps you guessing until the very end.”

Jim Taylor and Buck Book 4

Contract Killers. Hitmen. And one fracking operation. All have something to hide at all costs. Jim Taylor, Buck and Hook have their hands full. Are they the sheriff's death squad? Relentless contract killers hired to kill a child...hitmen sent to silence them.

Biography
Born on the East Coast, Lee grew up in Wisconsin, where his parents published a weekly newspaper. He operated a linotype and a letter press from age ten onwards. In 1970, Lee graduated from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, with an honors thesis on Aristotle. He then became a motorcycle bum until he entered law school at the University of Wisconsin. From 1974, he has practiced plaintiff’s personal injury, handling a wide variety of product liability, construction site, and motor vehicle cases. For his legal resume, see www.yourwisconsininjurylawyers.com.

Lee is an avid reader. His tastes include history, mysteries and crime novels, science fiction, and historical fiction. Some of his favorite authors are: John Sanford, Lee Child, Ian Rankin, Michael Connelly, Robert Galbraith, and Kate Atkinson. Horses and writing consume his free time, but he remains interested in his former pursuits: flying and Tae Kwon Do.

My Review
The fourth book in Lee Atterbury's series, "Big Fracking Mess" takes you into the back country for suspense, mystery, and murder. The horses are a main part of the story-line, the author brings the horses' emotions and thoughts into scenarios... "Buck now was able to smell the blood coming from this man. Blood was bad, he had to find a safe place for this man." Buck being the horse, of course. Other main characters are dynamic; some with ulterior motives, others just trying to stay alive. The gap between the bad guys and good guys makes "Big Fracking Mess" a true Western. The plot will keep you guessing until the very end.

B and B by Christine Meunier

An Australian based Christian romance that is found in a horse environment.”
New! by author Christine Meunier

Things are changing…
Ben likes his life at Happy Trails. As a trail guide on a property in Australia he doesn’t have to work hard to make friends. All he needs to do is make sure his clients are safe on their horses and have an enjoyable ride.

Ben can manage that. He loves that he can work with horses all day, every day. The humans are an added annoyance but he only has to deal with them in short bouts.

The new cook hired for the farm looks like she could be a complication. Ben is averse to change and he is certain her arrival means change.

Brooke knows the trial position as cook at Happy Trails is a blessing. She needs a job to support herself and her daughter – the fact that she can cook for an income is an added bonus.

If she can just avoid the interest of trail guide and jokester Jake, she’ll be fine. After all, she isn’t interested in a new male in her life. She just wants to focus on her daughter and make a future for them.

About the Author
It was at 13 years of age that Christine was introduced to first having a horse, but from a much younger age, that she started to learn about them through fiction and non-fiction books. She continues to learn about them from books, but recognizes that horses cannot be learnt from books alone.

Having studied horses from the age of 16, Christine is currently undertaking the Bachelor of Equine Science in Australia. Previously she attained her Certificate II in Horse Studies, Diploma of Horse Studies (Breeding) and Certificate of Merit from the Irish National Stud. Before teaching others about horse care and breeding she worked at numerous thoroughbred studs in Australia as well as overseas in Ireland.

This was followed by gaining experience in a couple of Melbourne based horse riding schools, instructing others with regards to riding the horse. A trip over to South Africa followed, allowing Christine the chance to gain many hours in the saddle and improve her own riding.

It is the education of people regarding horses being a viable career option that has been the catalyst for writing a blog about equine related vocations, education and travel. You can view this at equus-blog.com.

Revelation Rightly Revealed by Damon DaRil Nailer

Excerpts from Revelation Rightly Revealed (R3)

Chapter 1 The Revelation
If the book of Revelation were a theatrical production, then Jesus would be the executive producer, producer, director, writer, actor, and stunt man. If the book of Revelation were a musical production, then Jesus would be the executive producer, producer, songwriter, artist, copyright holder, and owner of the masters. In essence, He would have involvement in every aspect of the production which is what takes place in the book of Revelation.

Chapter 3 The Seals
The seventh seal, seventh trumpet, and seventh vial all represent the final coordinated act. There are voices, thunders, lightnings, and an earthquake. There is “great hail” when the seventh trumpet is blown and similarly there is a plague of hail when the seventh angel pours out his vial.

Chapter 7 The Image and the Beasts
This last beast or kingdom is a culmination of all of Satan's previous kingdoms. Satan is the Dragon, and the final dictator with his 10 king united system is the beast. The fact it states The Beast “was, is not, and yet is” shows that Satan's system/kingdom has been in existence since the past but it's also present in the time of John and will be present in the end-time.

Chapter 12 The Millennium
Sometime after “The First Resurrection” the saints of God will return to earth riding white horses along with Jesus to physically "inherit" all of the kingdoms of this world which had already been legally/spiritually succeeded to him after he defeated/spoiled Satan and was exalted by the Father above all principalities and powers.

Chapter 14 Eternity
The third and final phase of hell is the second death or The Lake of Fire/Brimstone (Gehenna). As we discussed it before, Sheol (the grave/death) gives up the dead in it and the sea gives up the dead in it and Hades (hell) gives up the dead that are in it. The souls of the individuals come from Hades (hell) and reunite with the bodies which were either buried in Sheol (the earth) or died in the sea.
