Biography
Jack A. Anderson was born and raised in Texas. He is an Army veteran. He first fell in love with westerns when his Dad took him to see John Wayne's The Alamo. Since then he has had an appetite for all things western. An avid reader of biographies involving the central, as well as the minor, characters that shaped the west as we know it. He has had the pleasure of visiting and camping with Native Americans, thus gaining an appreciation for their wonderful culture that no movie could ever hope to get across. He believes that a good tale of the west should be more than just a good "Shoot 'em up", that emotion is the key ingredient that adds substance to any situation. He is a member of Western Writers of America, and is currently working on his second Western novel.
