Phanuel Muverengwi had always believed that there was no such being as God - that
is until he 'accidentally' attended a church service in Hatfield, Harare, way
back in October of 1992.
As Phanuel sat in church that Sunday,
partly 'logged off' because attending church had not been his idea, something
profound happened to him. God is truly gracious!
His is
now a long and eventful walk with Christ Jesus.

Uplifting Christian Reflections is premised on the need for Christians to constantly assess their walk with the Lord.
The Christian life is not a destination; it is, in reality, a journey that lasts a lifetime. One experiences humps and dips, the good and the bad, as they travel. God expects the Christian never to waver in the face of such environmental elements.
The author was sort of thinking aloud when he wrote this book. He was reflecting on the lessons that he had learnt since he first set out on the Christian journey.
The author also drew lessons from personal experiences, especially to do with some views that he had adopted as a young Christian and later revised upon guidance and further reflection.
The Christian dwells in an excellent place; the ‘place’ called Christ. Like precious stones, this place should be guarded to the extent that, on comparison, a maximum security prison would appear totally insecure.
Never wander from the ‘Christ place’. Never lease or rent it out. Instead, learn to make the maximum of it, through a deeper fellowship with the Highest!
