Eternal Gods Die Too Soon

by Beka Modrekiladze

The novel starts from the mysterious place with a novel social structure which is governed by Artificial Intelligence. However, because of her curiosity, he finds out that AI was created by people. He starts to dig into the history, prior to humanity's collapse.

After learning quantum physics, he has the theory that his Universe is a simulation.  He wants to break out and conquer the world, world which created him. For that, he needs to find the loophole in space-time and travels to the singularity of a black hole.

Then, the "real" story begins, with answering all her questions:

Is time an illusion?

What is the meaning of the Universe?

Is math something we have discover or invented?

Do we have the free will?

Are we inside the simulation?

What was before the Big Bang?

But leaves the biggest question to the mind of the reader.

Through the exciting Sci-Fi story you will explore mysteries of the Universe, encounter the mind-blowing nature of quantum physics, travel beyond horizon of the black hole, contemplate about the free will with entropy, find out the point where the art and science are merged and many more novel philosophical ideas which won't let you sleep for many nights.

In this collection of my articles, you’ll find thoughts on finding and pursuing happiness at home and at work, even with the challenges posed by the worldwide coronavirus pandemic. There are chapters about how to understand the health of both your brain and your business - two things which are not so different as you might think. Through my approach to positive thinking and constructive business practices, I hope you will find a way to apply some of these insights in a helpful way to your own life.

About the Author

I always loved to think about abstract ideas and seek aesthetics in art and other fields from my childhood. At first, I found chess as giving enormous pleasure for thinking and found beauty in music. Then, after I have stepped into math, I discovered that it is the unification of both interesting and beautiful, and this was precisely what I was searching for. Since then, I have decided to continue to study at a physics-mathematical school. At school, I discovered a new subject, computer science, and had many successes at international olympiads. When I finished school, I could see that math and programming were not enough to fulfill my dreams to get answers on my long-standing questions related to a deeper perception of the Universe. By that time, I realized, physics is the apparatus for my goals, and I decided to become a physicist.

I started my carrier in astrophysics and worked on galaxy structures and spinning black holes, then I moved to a more fundamental side. I am currently doing my research at Carnegie Mellon University about quantum gravity and gravitational waves, ripples in the space-time itself, which is the fabric of the Universe, to understand the most fundamental rules of the game for the Universe.

I want to find out the meaning of the Universe and what all this story is about; science is the means for my goals to get answers on my question. However, nowadays, we have too many branches, while, on the other hand, I do believe that the Universe has a unique framework. Therefore it should be more elegant than our current understanding.

Imagine yourself inside the room, which is open. However, you do not know why you are there, and you do not remember how you appeared there. It is very natural to try to find out that. Similarly, it is the most natural thing to try to understand our part in the Universe. Try to find out why you are in that room, try to look outside of that room, and try to remember what was before that room. Therefore, since I believe that those questions are crucial to everyone, I wanted to create a book that would present a current understanding of the Universe and new exciting possibilities from my perspective. The book, self-contained and clear to the general audience, but at the same time would not lose the elegant ideas and deep insights.
