As we venture into May and leave April far behind (!), we wish you the best as you tap into your creativity and ingenuity to return to work with a face mask on (if you are, in fact, returning to work). It’s a different world now. I don’t know if the world will ever be the same.

Will we always be required to wear a mask? Will we self-distance more, not knowing if the person next to us is a carrier of the Coronavirus? I don’t know. Somehow, I think we need to dig deep into our own center and find a way to Mother Earth. And that means something different for each of us. Some live in the “beehive” where the opportunity to go barefoot in the dirt is not a reality. Others live in the country where playing in the dirt is a normal daily event. The reality is we all belong to Mother Earth; we are her children.

Wherever you are, we wish you the absolute best for success and happiness. We hope that you keep the home fires burning by finding a purpose to fill your days. My mother always said that productivity builds self-esteem. Just don’t overextend yourself (ha) because that can happen and then you are too busy, and… well, keep a balance.

As writers/authors, we are unable to schedule or attend book events due to the virus. We miss seeing you in person! We miss reading our stories to you in person. But that doesn't stop us from writing and creating virtual reading groups/podcasts. We are releasing eBooks, audiobooks, new children's literature, memoirs, and more. Stay connected. Stay well.

Gina
