“Relieve
anxiety, fear and depression!”

Research shows that the brain plays an important role in
regulating our mood, which could have a major impact on anxiety and depression,
but some factors contribute to it, including hormone changes, when the body
does not can manage stress and have a positive mood.
Anxiety and depression can occur at any age, anxiety and

waking up not to be refreshed) at least a few nights a week in the past year.
Thirty-three percent said they had at least one of these symptoms every night
or almost every night during the past year. The two most common symptoms,
observed at least a few nights a week in the past year, include waking up
without refreshment and several waking sessions during the night.
