·        Took Jessie back to Mansfield (Pat and I) > dinner, Howard Johnsons > Lee Posy arrived
·        Rode Sailor, J rode Shah, saw 6 deer, cliff meadow
·        Aggie’s birthday
·        Rode to Dow Lake, Laird Gassan rode Cricket, Pat rode Preak, J rode Shah, I rode Sailor, Jan Worthington, Chris here
·        Pat’s birthday > Church of Good Shepherd, McDougal Church chili lunch > went to Glouster to see play with Hartley's
·        Leave for Las Vegas > gone 5 days AVMA
·        ATC Bird Arena
·        Rode trail at Carbondale with Jan Worthington, Gloria Adams
·        Roger Gallant dog clinic, Columbus, JoAnne drove > pm horse show with Kathryn Foster
 
MAY
·        Betty, Abbott arrived
·        Finally wormed horses > Abbott went with Pete on calls > rode Cricket, Betty rode Shah, saw 2 deer near “Cathedral” in woods
·        4-H leadership meeting
·        Fritz shoed Cricket, trimmed Apple, Maverick, Tinker, Angel, Shah
·        To Columbus, Pete, J. Hartley, and I judged trail ride > too circus, took 4 children > dinner at Episcopal Church > Jerry, Mae – saw play > Abdella’s with Fritz, Carolyn
·        Hauled Cricket, Shah, to Sand Run, rode with Jan Worthington, etc., hauled truck, camper horse trailer out with 4-wheel drive
·        Maverick birthday, 1 year old
·        Apple birthday, 2 years old
·        Carolyn Bookman’s birthday
·        Schooled Sailor
·        Pat, Kanga, swimming in pond
·        Clarence Keirns here with Pat > Pete to Michigan > Betty’s birthday
·        Memorial Day Parade
·        To Mansfield, visited Jessie in hospital > Al Schneider training classes

JUNE
·        Sheared sheep > Horse show > Pat stayed at Hoon's > took Booth’s home > Wes Keirns' birthday
·        To Stewart, Consensus meeting
·        Went to Scioto Downs
·        ATC graduation, Pat 1st
·        Rode Cricket, Pat Preak, J Shah, over to Browns, rode with dogs > Cricket slightly lame, left front
·        Rode Preak, J rode Shah, to Phillips property across Dutch Creek to check motorcycle damage
·        Pete to business seminar with Jan Crall, Christie Lash > took Johnson children, Charlie Paulette, Nate, Tanya, Rob, to Olentangy Indian Caverns, Frontier Town, Stagecoach ride, etc., dinner in Lancaster
·        Swimming lessons > took 3 baby ducks to Swardson's > Jerry and David Hartley dropped in > cleaned Pete’s study
·        Pete’s birthday > party attendees: Gassan, L’Heureux, Hartley, Foster, Dishon, Newt, Sherry > gifts: kangaroo rawhide, spotlight, honey book, Las Vegas portrait, flashlight
·        Gary helped Pat set up his tent > sorted slides > Episcopal Church > stopped at Mt. Vernon dog match > family portrait by John Smucker > dinner Howard Johnson’s > visited Jessie room 238
·        Raked hayed in meadow, 366 bales > took J., P. to Beasley’s pool
