Best Ninja Creami Recipe
In November 2024, I purchased a NinjaCreami for my mom's birthday. She wanted it to make slushies and ice cream,
and little did we know we’d fall in love with it. We’ve made plenty of ice
cream and slushies, but my favorite is the protein ice cream. If you’re craving
sweets but also need to increase your protein, these recipes are perfect for
you!
I’ve made the basic flavors such as chocolate and
vanilla. These only take three simple ingredients:
1.
Milk
2.
Vanilla or
chocolate pudding mix (I use Great Value)
3.
Protein Powder
In the cup that comes with the Creami, add milk until
it’s right below the freeze-fill line. Then add one packet of pudding mix and
two small scoops of protein powder. Mix it up and let it freeze for 12-24
hours.
After freezing, let it sit out on the counter to thaw.
Then add a little more milk and put it into the Creami and push the knob over
to the ice cream setting. It’ll mix for about two minutes, and then your ice
cream is ready! If you don’t eat the entire cup, you will have to refreeze it
and mix it again when you want more.
Another one I made was a birthday cake, which is a
very similar process to the others. Instead of milk and protein powder, I used
a birthday cake protein shake and birthday cake pudding mix (Sonic brand).
You’ll go through the same process of freezing and mixing. It comes out thicker
than the other ones, you can add milk to thin it out if you prefer. You can
also add sprinkles and birthday cake cookie dough bites to make it extra
delicious!
These three are my current favorites, but I will be
trying more soon! It’s the perfect sweet treat that helps me reach my protein
goals.
