ATHENS, OH — The heart of Appalachian Ohio will welcome authors from the Midwest on Saturday, December 13, 2025, as the Hocking Hills Book Fair returns to The Dairy Barn, 8000 Dairy Lane, Athens, Ohio, from 11 AM to 4 PM. This premier event features 33 celebrated authors, each ready to sign copies of their newest releases and cherished classics.
This annual event is during The Dairy Barn's Christmas Bazaar. We will be on the 2nd Floor Loft, while handmade items and local vendors will be showcasing their wares on the 1st Floor!
From poetry to thrillers, memoirs to mysteries, our book fair showcases a rich tapestry of voices that reflect the spirit, grit, and imagination of the region. Whether you're a lifelong bibliophile or a curious newcomer, there's a story waiting for you.
To spark your own storytelling journey, attendees will receive a free Creative Pack filled with materials for journaling, scrapbooking, and creative endeavors. Available while supplies last.
Admission is free. All are welcome.
