Keep Me


My brain entreats a
solemn thought, it wields
and weeps throughout the
day, keeping me foolish,
foundered and stray

Why do I let these thoughts
wander in? they keep me
in reckless libertine,
fragile and free

Part with me to the
ends of the world,
to places I've never
seen or from heard;
keep me
