Wow!
Such a comprehensive, step by step manual for how to be a man we all hope to be
and hope to be around. There are so many stories and comparisons to various
animals and their behaviors. Very helpful in understanding the concepts given.

Biography
Andreas
A. Jones is an author, coach, speaker, trainer and facilitator. Andreas is
also an army veteran and currently an AVP and one of the nation’s largest
banks. The Army had probably the most profound influence on my life because it
tested me; tested my endurance, my faith, and my internal fortitude. It was a
trial by fire and I am profoundly grateful.
Since leaving the Army I have had the opportunity to take those lessons learned there and apply them to my career, as well as, learn new ones. Each new job, new position helped me to grow into the successful individual I am today. I want to share the core concepts of leadership, integrity, and discipline with others and show them how to take those traits and use them to execute whatever it is they do with absolutely and total excellence and precision! My vision is to help men live a life of significance and build their legacies.
I believe each and every person has the ability to live a life full of success and significance. These accomplishments can extend into your business, personal as well as your spiritual life. Realizing these successes are only possible when you make both the time and a commitment. We all need some guidance in learning to improve.
One my greatest joys in life is mentoring with Big Brother Big Sisters and Urban League of Metro Atlanta.
